Excludes use of heat and contracts for formwork and shuttering.

Excludes manufacturing Joiners, furniture makers or fitted furniture/kitchen installation.

Policy Excesses

The General Property Damage excess is £100.00

The first £500 of each and every claim for loss or damage to underground pipes, cables or services.

The General Property Damage excess is doubled for the first period of insurance if the proposer has less than two years experience in the trade.
