- The storage location of the caravan should not have suffered damage by flood, theft or vandals
- You have not made a claim in the last 3 years
- The caravan will not be used for long-term residential purposes, hire or reward, or for business purposes
- You have not been refused insurance or had special terms and conditions applied by any insurer for any of the risks you wish to insure
- You have no criminal convictions or been declared bankrupt
- Your occupation is not listed on the refer occupation list

- Your caravan is less than 20 years old
