In the event that you are involved in an accident, we will provide the link between you, your insurer, repairer and Broker throughout the duration of the claim regardless of fault. We will co-ordinate all aspects of your claim allowing you to continue with your day-to-day routine.

 

We provide a Pay as you Go Breakdown facility 24/7/365. Should you need recovering due to an accident we will recover the cost from your Comprehensive Insurer or Third Party Insurer in the event of a non-fault accident.

 

Each customer will be allocated to a designated Personal Case Manager who co-ordinate each area of the claim on your behalf. This helps you to build rapport and also avoid the confusion in dealing with multiple departments throughout the duration of your claim.

 

Our personal case managers will assist you in negotiating settlement for your ‘written off’ vehicle. We will also assist in collating documentary evidence should the offer be disputed.

 

If you have provided us with an excess receipt and liability is established, we will attempt to recover the money as quick as possible. Should the time to recover exceed 90 days, RVM Auto Assist will refund you with your excess.
