Four Counties is registered under the Data Protection Act 1988 for the use of your personal details in assessing you for insurance cover. You are protected under the Act and will be asked to confirm your acceptance of our use of your data in this way, prior to proceeding with cover. We do not supply any of your personal data to any third parties, in any circumstances. We may use your personal data to contact you again in future but only in respect of your insurance quotation or other insurance products. If for any reason you do not wish us to use your data in this way, please e-mail us stating your name, address and "No Future Contact Please" in the subject line.

Security

Your personal data is held on our secure server, protected by comprehensive security measures and firewalls and will only be used for insurance quotation purposes. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be taken to the Sagepay payment system which are secure pages, held on a web site that uses encryption using SSL 3 128-bit. This is intended to provide additional security against the unlikely possibility of your data being intercepted. You will see a padlock symbol at the foot of the page and can verify the status of the secure server and view the verification certificate issued by clicking on the padlock.
